When the new Swarovski Store opened in Westfield shopping centre at Centre Point Tower in Sydney’s CBD, we were commissioned to resolve their access issues.

The store is on two levels, the upper level being 3-steps or 500mm higher than the lower level. To provide access to both levels we installed a 1m step lift which fitted in with the look of the store.

The lift is regularly used to help Mums with prams, as well as customers with a disability.
